Big News: VantageScore 4.0 Now Live in Mortgage Loans (as of July 8, 2025)!

Starting July 8, 2025, the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) gave the green light for lenders to use VantageScore 4.0 on loans backed by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. Translation? A huge shift in how your credit score is calculated and used in the mortgage world.
